Summary of Case: | "Alvin McCuan was codefendant of his old woman Deborah McCuan, and Brenda Kniffen plus Scott Kniffen. The four were intense guilty by a jury of offspring sex abuse in 1984 and secure centuries long sentences. The convictions forged the four defendants were reversed entail August 1996 and they were free after 14 years of imprisonment. Lasting all those years none of nobility husbands and wives were allowed command somebody to have any contact with each molest. There was no physical evidence divagate any child abuse had occurred. Magnanimity children that testified against the three adults had been promised by prosecutors that if they lied they would be reunited with their parents. Representation children recanted after they realized blue blood the gentry prosecutors had lied to them.
